    I can see that it is off when I go to write messages, but I can't seem to find the option within the website....there is some button that is checked somewhere and I can't get to it!!

    seems as if it didnt work. and yes, i unchecked the box that said, "disable HTML" and i hit preview, and it showed the image, not the HTML.
