Guild Quest 6-7-09

Guild Quest as suggested by JP.

Date: June 7th, 2009
Time: 6:01PM EST (Massachusetts/NewYork time) <~NEW TIME PLEASE LOOK
Location: next to the NPC Shuang in Perion. (EXCAVATION SITE>>CAMP!!!!!!)

Here are the recommendations for completing the gpq:
1 party member who is at least level 30 or below.
1 party member who is a Thief with Dark Sight skill.
1 party member who is a Magician with Teleport and Dispel skill.
1 party member who is a Ranger/Sniper.
Party members with good jumping skills.

We will still do as much as we can of the GPQ even if we dont have a person who matches each description.

PLEASE READ THIS GUIDE BEFORE COMING TO THE GPQ!

It will help tremendously if everyone has read through the guide at least once or twice to assure it goes as smoothly as possible.

I'm going, and I'm available all day Sunday.

I work from 4 till 12 central time on Sunday so it's kinda dicey for me. In any case if I make it I'll only have time for 1 attempt. Hence my suggestion of 12 AM so it would be dead midnight Pacific and it would be on a weekend so anyone could really jump in without having to worry about school or what not.

I just read the guide, and for the record, not only do i not know where the npc is but I dont think we'll make it past stage 2 XD

Literally, midnight, CA time. Well, it'll be 3AM for the east coasters in the guild (me) so not sure how hot that'll work out.

It'll probably take until like 12:30 to get the whole thing started (if people have to travel and what not) so if it takes you time to get home, we can wait a bit for ya.

And as for where the guild pq location is, if you take the path on the map that leads north to a dead end just outside of perion, it should be there.

Perhaps we can find someone with darksight at a decent level before the time comes :p

Ya. So. Basically room C of stage 2 is where we need the theif. Otherwise, we will be stuck doing the first part/set up area and stage 1.

Guides I find all have SLIGHTLY different variations of what is required for the theif to have.
All guides say darksight, but they dont say what level of darksight. I've read it can be any level.
Some say maxed Haste, others do not.
Maybe if you could level it up a bit, but keep it under level 30 it would fit both categories

(because we still need someone who is under level 30 to join us)

Also, Megan (who tells me she is a bit busy at the moment) has a level 40 something theif I believe. If she can join us, we could use her theif, because we do have quite a few clerics already. So its kind of up to you, and if Megan wants to do it with her theif char.

But yeah I would level it up a bit if nothing else. It could be helpful in the future because I know Megan is focusing on her Cleric right now.

well, ive got lvl 10 darksight if that helps anyone.

Uhm yea i'm not nearly a high enough level im still contemplating bringing my hermit over He's not dexless though so he won't rape all :/
